Phi Gamma Delta Expansion Impact Report 11/7/2025

Mission: Phi Gamma Delta unites men in enduring friendships, stimulates

the pursuit of knowledge, and builds courageous leaders who serve the

world with the best that is in them.

Executive Summary:

The chapter has been focused on chapter operations and last-minute recruitment for the

semester. Ben has been diligently meeting with most committees to work on calendar planning

and being prepped for normal operations and meeting with advisors. Recruitment took a

surprising turn after telling the chapter that the final initiation would be November 3rd. Four

individuals became interested and wanted to join this semester and after a successful

recruitment process that has brought the membership total to 41 members this semester. Ben is

working with the recruitment team to continue this momentum and work on a formal plan for

freshman starting now and having constant communication with interested individuals through

Sprig Formal recruitment that begins February 1st. The Chapter is in excellent shape to finish

their time with Ben in person and has an exciting future next semester.
